SHOP DRAWINGS
EAS is capable of providing complete support to architects and building professionals by developing CAD shop drawings for each unit. We collaborate closely with the customer to help them select wood species, finish color and hardware.

PRODUCTION
After customer approval of shop drawings, the project is sent into production. We can guarantee delivery in 10-12 weeks from this point, shorter for smaller projects.

SHIPPING
We ship our products directly from the factory in Europe using sealed sea-cargo containers. We do not utilize Less-than-Container Load (LCL) international shipments which means that we minimize material handling once the products leave the factory.

Depending on your project size and your location, some containers are shipped directly to your jobsite while others are shipped to the EAS warehouse and the windows are subsequently delivered using EAS boxtrucks or via freight services. Please let your EAS representative know if you have special window delivery requirements (e.g. difficult to access driveway, limited access hours).

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Any projects within 5hrs of Boston, delivered with an EAS boxtruck, are supervised by EAS staff. Our truck drivers are also our window installers. Our staff can provide free contractor installation training on the day of the delivery.

For deliveries and installations outside our Boston delivery radius, we can provide trained EAS staff for a reasonable labor and travel cost. You can use your local installation crew in tandem with the EAS staff for installation supervision and training. 1-2days are usually enough to get your crew going.

We also offer full installation services using EAS-trained installation crews. Please contact your project estimator for installation pricing for your project.

WARRANTY
We offer our customers a five-year warranty on our windows and doors. However, our dedication to customer service is not limited to the warranty period. We are committed to being there for our customers for any issues that might arise with our products.
