Newport Project |
This historical luxury home on one of the most renowned streets of Newport. This project entailed a sunroom addition which required an approval by the Newport Historic District Commission. This home includes an incredibly beautiful and architecturally complex entry door. This entry door with raised panels and two sidelights is both curved and arched. The raised panel includes a hand-carved rosette. The glazing has custom hand-forged curved wrought iron that fits seamlessly around the curved glass.

Lincoln Project |
EAS supplied 68 mahogany-wood windows, two entry doors, 16 French doors, 2 folding doors and four garage doors for this French Manor Style home in Lincoln, Massachusetts. This home also included our custom ornamental wrought iron. The custom design of the wrought iron found on the entry door was carried throughout the home –from the curved balcony railings to the main entrance driveway gates. Our custom doors were also used on the attached 22’ x 30’ conservatory and the wine cellar door. The conservatory design called for two 30ft long lift-slide doors capable of opening to almost 15ft of open space. The extra-tall doors also included electrically operated transoms.
